Chicken pox is the worst. Aside from the fact that it takes you away from work/school/friends cause of it being contagious it can make you look like a monster, have restless nights, feel weak and have body/head aches.
Also the itchiness… it’s not as bad as i thought but that’s only because i took Zyrtec early when virus just started to be noticed - so i got lucky.
I’m glad i have great people around looking after me and caring, my Mum bringing me fruit and water all the time and serving me food when i want it. Dad checking up on me every morning through call/text and recommending me movie sites ahaha. Also Elysa who wants to talk with me when she has the chance to see how im doing and knows I can get a bit lonely being stuck at home watching movies/tv shows all day; although as awesome as it sounds i just want to get out of here and be better already.
I want to get better so bad, i think i may be out of school/work/life for about two weeks maybe. I still don’t even know how i got it in the first place; mum told me i was immunised from very young; i must of got some heavy contact on a train or something. But ah well no point to think about it.
I’m off to watch Marvel movies to get myself caught up for The Avengers! Yeah buddy!
“Ya’ll might as well get the music ready ‘cause this is gonna take a while. When I had my accident, I found out at that moment, nothing in life is promised except death. If you have the opportunity to play this game called life, you have to appreciate every moment. A lot of people don’t appreciate their moment until it’s passed. And then you got to tell those Al Bundy stories: ‘You remember when I…’ Right now, it’s my time and my moment, thanks to the fans, thanks to the accident, thanks to God, thanks to Roc-A-Fella, Jay-Z, Dame Dash, G, my mother, Rhymefest, everyone that’s helped me. And I plan to celebrate and scream and pop champagne every chance I get, ‘cause I’m at the Grammy’s baby! I know everybody asked me the question, they wanted to know, ‘What, Kan, I know he’s gonna wile out, I know he’s gonna do something crazy.’ Everybody wanted to know what I would do, if I didn’t win… I guess we’ll never know!”—Kanye West (2005 Grammy acceptance speech)
